Beginner Class
This is a 1 hour class for students just beginning Tae Kwon Do.
The Beginner Class involves more personalized training to prepare the student for
a standard class environment. A beginner can expect the following:

Stretching

Warm-up Exercises

Basic Hand & Foot Techniques

Proper Stances

Overview of TKD Educate & Protocol
Mixed Class - Adult / Child
This is a standard 1 hour class comprised of adults and children at all belt levels.
It is relatively strenuous. Class typically includes the following:

Stretching

Warm-up Exercises

Kicking Drills

Form Practice

Self-Defense Techniques

1, 2, 3 Steps

Free Sparring
Sparring Class
The sparring class focuses on preparing a student for tournament and competition sparring.
Black Belt Class
This is a more rigorous class comprised of black belts only.
It is very intense and typically lasts from 1/2 hour to 2 hours depending on the focus. Class typically includes the following:

Stretching

Warm-up Exercises

Intense Kicking Drills

All Form Practice

Advanced Self-Defense Techniques

Light to Full Contact Sparring (Gear Required)
Junior Tigers Class
The "Junior Tigers" Class is for young children, too small to attend the Mixed Class. It lasts for 1/2 hour, and typically involves the following:

Stretching

Warm-up Exercises

Kicking and Other Fun Drills

Basic Techniques
This class is a fantastic chance for children to learn to interact with one another in a courteous and productive way. The Junior Tigers Class is taught by
Master Lloyd Brown and Mrs. Harriet Sellers.
NOTE:
All instructors have had voluntary
background checks performed, are
certified in CPR, and in most cases are parents as well.
