Traditional Environment: We don't have busses with our name on them, but what we do have is a great school with a focus on the traditional elements of Tae Kwon Do. We do this to preserve it as the most popular and powerful martial art in the world.

Self Defense: We teach effective self defense techiques to protect yourself and others. These techiques include blocks, counter attacks, take downs, throws, escapes, and defense against knife attacks. We practice with safety as a priority, in gear where approprate.

Physical Fitness: The stretching, warm-up, and drilling that traditional Tae Kwon Do involves, provides a strong cardio workout, and promotes healthy weight-loss.
